Save the Children | Gender Integration Toolkit

Save the Children needed a gender integration toolkit, which required teaching and learning expertise and gender and intersectional analysis to address how to train internal staff on gender integration across thematic areas and across the project cycle. EdIntersect provided education knowledge as part of the Iris Group team to put in place a process where team members engaged in an iterative development process with drafting, feedback, and revisions. The toolkit has been circulated and thematic area teams are using it to improve their work.
